Health magazine has a few tips for taking your cholesterol and weight in the right direction, including avoiding the foods you’re likely to eat or taking some cholesterol-lowering supplements.
Health, the online health publication, says it recommends taking statins, statins-like drugs, which lower your cholesterol levels.
You should also be careful with alcohol, especially red wine, which can cause a heart attack.
And if you’re not feeling well, take a statin, like Prozac.
It lowers your LDL (bad) cholesterol.
And be sure to take some supplements to help with your blood sugar, such as magnesium, vitamin C, and calcium.
But, of course, you’re going to have to stick with the diet and exercise you’re accustomed to.
